Legislators have attendance records ranging from 100 percent down to 23 percent, according to research by the Yankee Institute for Public Policy.
The institute researched every vote on legislation taken during the 2010 regular legislative session and determined what percentage of the votes each representative and senator missed.
The attendance records are available on an interactive map and in a table.
The map is color-coded by attendance rate.
Purple = 100%
Blue = 97-99%
Light Blue = 94-96%
Green = 90-93%
Yellow = 85-89%
Red < 85%

Your data is not accurate. The Senate voted 591 times last session. Don Williams has a 100% record. Tom Gaffey and Tony Guglielmo have the first the second worst voting record in the State Senate. I am not sure I understand how you reached your conclusions. I would think this is not something open to interpretation. Prehaps I am wrong. But I would double check your data. Unless you are just trying to make some political point?
